Budweiser The introduction of Budweiser Lager Beer revolutionized American beer culture. For the first time, America had it's own category of beer - the American Lager. New technologies - bottling, pasteuizing and refrigeration- meant thirsty Amercians everywhere could get it, and in 1901, Anheuser-Bush broke the 1 million barrel production mark, officially becoming an American institution.
